Jose M. Aponte, BS, CNMT, (R)
Operations Manager
Mr. Aponte brings over 35 years of healthcare experience in both acute and ambulatory medical imaging. He completed his undergraduate studies at DePaul University in Chicago, majoring in Applied Physics with a minor in Math. He has a dual certification in Radiologic Technology and Nuclear Medicine, along with a preceptorship in Molecular Imaging and Nuclear Pharmacology for Positive Emission Technology (PET) at UCLA. He recently completed his certificate in Medical Radiation Safety.
Celine Collins
Medical Records, Teleradiology, Liens
Celine has worked with Valley Radiology since 1986. During this time, she has worked in a variety of company roles including: Insurance follow-up, Accounts Receivable, Payment allocation, Teleradiology, and Lien and Subpoena processing. Celine communicates with patients, outside facilities, the referring community and attorneys. a HIPPA Certified professional, her knowledge and experience in Radiology, the medical industry and imaging is exceptional.
Kathryn Kelch, RT
Site Lead, Carlsbad
Kathie is a lead MRI technologist and has been a Valley Radiology employee since 1993. Kathie brings over 36 years experience in Radiology with a track record of 35 years of CT experience in addition to 22 years MRI experience. Kathie is ACR Certified in MRI and CT modalities and ensures that VRC receives cyclical ACR accreditations. Kathie graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1981 and has a passion for sports and enjoys camping and boating with her family.
